Alex Carbonell
Alex is a counsel of Corporate and M&A at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, private equity, financing and restructuring.
He holds a Law degree and a master’s degree in Business Law, specialising in commercial and tax law, from the ESADE Law School – Ramon Llull University and has completed the American Law Programme from the Academy of American and International Law, Dallas, Texas, USA.
Alex has participated as an author or coauthor in several specialised legal publications.
