Claudia is a senior associate of Corporate and M&A at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

She has experience in mergers and acquisitions, sale and purchase and restructuring processes within the energy sector, as well as in coordination on due diligence processes and in the drafting and negotiation of agreements and in the aforementioned sector.

She has a degree in Law at Carlos III University of Madrid (Spain) and a double master ́s degree in International Business Law and Legal Advice for Companies at Garrigues Centre of Studies (Spain).

Claudia has participated as author or coauthor in several specialised legal publications.
