Paloma is a senior associate of White Collar Crime and Internal Investigations at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

She specialises in business-related offenses as well as breaches in workplace safety.

She participates in developing, implementing on monitoring of Crime Prevention Systems and AML Procedures, both in domestic and international companies, in handling whistleblowing channels and carrying out internal investigations.

Law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain), she received a LL.M from the IE University as well as a Marketing Specialised degree from the Villanueva University of Madrid (Spain).

She is a member of the WCA (World Compliance Association) and of the Woman in a Legal World (WLW) Young.

Paloma has participated as an author or coauthor in several specialised legal publications.
