\n\nG\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Grupo J. Uriach, S.L.U., a Catalan company specialized in the Natural Consumer Healthcare sector, in the acquisition of the German group Pascoe, leader in this sector in Germany with more than 125 years of experience.
\r\n
\r\nThe alliance allows Uriach to strengthen the group’s presence in Germany, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, among others. With the acquisition of Pascoe and, once the corresponding regulatory authorizations are obtained for the formalization of the acquisition of the French group Laboratories Ineldea with which an agreement was reached at the end of 2023, Uriach will consolidate its position as leader of the Natural Consumer Healthcare business in Europe with the objective of having a turnover of more than 500 million euros in 2024.

\r\nThe GA_P team has been led by Daniel Mar\u00edn, partner of Corporate and has counted with the participation of Carolina Posse, Beatriz Dosd\u00e1 and Beatriz Riverola, associates of Corporate.
