\n\nG\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised the shareholders of Plusnet Solutions on the sale of the company, acquired by the technology company Evolutio, an expert in the integration of cloud services.
\r\nThe transaction will allow Evolutio to accelerate capabilities in key areas such as integration and development of technology components, analytics, artificial intelligence, automation and voice biometrics. Through this operation, Evolutio consolidates its position as the main integrator of customer experience solutions in the Iberian Peninsula.
