\n\nG\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has assisted AEDAS Homes in its joint venture with King Street to develop homes for sale to private individuals (Build To Sell or BTS) for a value of 270 million euros. The transaction includes the acquisition by the JV of a portfolio of seven BTS projects (682 homes) for \u00a4150 million and the remaining \u00a4120 million is expected to be used, within a maximum period of 18 months, for new investments in residential land in Spain.

\r\nThe GA_P team was formed by Enrique Isla, partner of the Real Estate practice, Miguel \u00c1ngel Melero, of counsel of the Commercial practice, Remedios Garc\u00eda, of counsel of the Tax practice, Jaime Hidalgo, Jos\u00e9 Ram\u00f3n P\u00e9rez \u00c1lvarez-Robles and Javier Marroqu\u00edn, associates of the Real Estate practice.\n\n\n
