\n\nG\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo announces the incorporation of Ana Lu\u00edsa Guimar\u00e3es as a Public Law and Regulated Sectors partner in its Lisbon office.
\r\nAna Lu\u00edsa Guimar\u00e3es has extensive experience in public procurement, particularly in terms of concessions and projects, and in the regulation of public services, such as water and waste. She is currently a member of the Portuguese Association of European Law (APDE) and actively participates as a speaker in conferences and seminars related to her areas of expertise.
\r\nThe incorporation of Ana Lu\u00edsa in Portugal will help to strengthen the positioning of the area at Iberian level, extending the recognition she already has in Spain, as highlighted by the main legal directories, Chambers & Partners and Legal500, which have awarded her the highest category in Spain.

\r\nAna Lu\u00edsa Guimar\u00e3es completed an Executive MBA from AESE Business School \/ IESE, in 2018. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Law from the Portuguese Catholic University Law School. She works as a lecturer in postgraduate courses at the University of Lisbon Law School, covering topics related to public procurement and water and waste law. She has played the role of academic co-coordinator in postgraduate courses in Water Law and Waste Law, promoted by the Institute of Legal and Political Sciences (ICJP) of the University of Lisbon Law School, since 2012.
