\n\nG\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has assisted Castellana Properties in its joint venture with Sunbird to develop the ‘Castellana Green’ project, which aims to deploy up to 40MW of self-consumption photovoltaic installations on the roofs and canopies of the car parks of all its commercial assets. It is estimated that the commissioning of the installations of the first phase of the project, which will reach 2 MW, will produce up to 3,258 MWh of local green energy, which would avoid the emission of 527,855 kg of CO2, equivalent to the planting of 1,760 trees.

\r\nThe consultancy has covered the creation of the joint venture, shareholder agreements and project contracts.
