\n\nG\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Stoneshield -a leading real estate investment firm focused on the Iberian Peninsula- on the purchase from Nuveen of the entire shareholding of Studenthouse Rua Manuel Pereira, owner of a student residence located in the geographical area of the Asprela Campus in Porto, Portugal.

\r\n“In recent years, housing has proven to be the biggest obstacle for higher education students, and a particularly important constraint in major urban and university centres such as Lisbon, Porto or Coimbra,” says Mafalda Barreto. She adds: “With this investment, Stoneshield Capital will undoubtedly make an important contribution to help solve this problem”.
