\n\nNaturgy has been advised by G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo n the acquisition of 100% of ASR Wind, owned by the French fund Ardian, for 536 million euros with an enterprise value of 650 million euros.
\r\n
\r\nASR Wind has a total of 422 MW distributed among 12 operational wind farms in Spain. Additionally, the operation includes a pipeline of solar hybridizations of up to 435 MW, in an advanced stage of development, as most of them already have land and interconnection permits and will be operational mostly by 2025.
