\n\nG\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised the partners of fintech company Unnax in the sale of the company to PSG Equity fund.
\r\n
\r\nUnnax was founded in 2016 with the aim of accelerating digital transformation in the financial sector, becoming one of the European leaders in Open Finance solutions, with a significant presence in Latin America. The sale transaction to PSG Equity, a fund dedicated to investing in technology and software companies, will result in integration with the French company Powens, creating a leading group at the European level. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval by the Bank of Spain.
