\n\nG\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised the partners of Berria Bikes, and the company itself, on the drafting and negotiation of the relevant Share Purchase and Sale Agreements and Investment Agreement and Shareholders’ Agreement, as well as on the relevant corporate agreements and senior management contracts, in connection with the acquisition of a 49% stake by certain funds managed by Suma Capital for a value of \u20ac15M (between cash out and cash in).

\r\nBerria Bikes, a company from Castilla-La Mancha, was founded in 2012 by Spanish-Swiss professional cyclists David and Jos\u00e9 Vitoria.

\r\nThrough the mid-market fund SC Growth II, Suma Capital has taken 49% of Berria in a combined share purchase and capital increase transaction that has been closed for approximately \u20ac15 million.
