\r\nCarlos highlights that “the law promotes transparency in order to allow access to whistleblowers of breaches of EU law and serious administrative and criminal offences. Now, companies will have to adapt their channels and integrate them into these new reporting systems, which have a broader scope because they include administrative or criminal offences of a serious or very serious nature, from there some clear employment connections open up”.
