\n\nG\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo advised the Portuguese listed company The Navigator Company, S.A. on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Gom\u00e0-Camps Consumer S.L.U. and its subsidiary Gom\u00e0-Camps France SAS.
\r\n
\r\nThis acquisition is part of a growth and diversification plan by The Navigator Company and will lead to its integration and positioning as the second largest tissue paper manufacturer in the Iberian Peninsula.
\r\n
\r\nThe closing of the transaction, which is expected to take place on 28 February, is subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions precedent.
\r\n
\r\nThe transaction has been led by \u00c1lvaro Mateo Sixto, Corporate partner in the Madrid office, Carolina Posse Van der Laat and Irene Romero Teba, Corporate associates in the Barcelona office, Nuno Oliveira Garc\u00eda, Tax partner in the Lisbon office and Mafalda Barreto, Corporate partner in the Lisbon office.
