\n\nGA_P has advised Visma, a Norwegian software provider with revenues of more than 1730M Euros, in the acquisition of Moloni, one of the most recognized SaaS solutions distributor companies in Portugal and also active in Spain.

\r\nThis operation in the technology sector will unite Visma and Moloni to continue growing and consolidating as one of the major powers in the European business software market.
\r\n
\r\nGA_P has advised on all the operations carried out by Visma to date in the Iberian Peninsula (Holded, Declarando, Woffu and, now, Moloni).
