\n\nGA_P has advised investment fund Vista Equity Partners on the Spanish leg of the acquisition of Duck Creek Technologies (NASDAQ: DCT) to delist it from the stock exchange.

\r\nVista Equity Partners has reached an agreement with technology company Duck Creek Technologies to acquire it for a total of $2.6 billion (\u20ac2.425 billion) in cash. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2023, subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions customary in such transactions, after which the entity will be delisted.

\r\nDuck Creek specialises in providing customer management software products to insurance companies and broker-dealers.

\r\nVista Equity Partners is a leading global investment fund investing in enterprise software, data and technology companies.
