\n\nG\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has incorporated Guadalupe D\u00edaz-S\u00fanico as a new Tax partner in the Barcelona office.

\r\nBefore joining the Firm, Guadalupe was managing partner of the Finance and Tax Department for Madrid and Barcelona at Lener, a firm she joined in 2019, after 15 years at Cuatrecasas. She specialises in advising family businesses and private clients, with a particular focus on international clients, especially in Latin America. During her professional career, she has advised foreign private clients on their relocation to Spain, on the structuring of their assets and on the review of their existing structures in order to organise them efficiently and plan their generational transmission via donations or succession.

\r\nShe is recognised by the Private Client Global Elite directory as one of the best private wealth lawyers of reference, a mention that is also included in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide 2021.
\r\n
\r\nGuadalupe is a member of organisations such as the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and vice-president of the tax section of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).

\r\nWith this incorporation, the Firm adds a new partner to the recent internal promotions of Paula Zarzalejos and Josep Ortiz, in the Public and Regulatory team, and the recent incorporation of Carlos de la Torre in the Labour team.
