\n\nelEconomista.es organised the II ESG Investment and Sustainable Finance Forum, in a format of four round tables where the speakers discussed different aspects related to sustainability.

\r\nGuillermo Guerra, partner of Commercial, Capital Markets Coordinator and Corporate Governance Coordinator of the firm, participated in the round table “G for Governance” together with interesting speakers who focused on the business needs to have good corporate governance codes to ensure good practices in other segments.
\r\n
\r\n“Evolution has different origins and different needs. Legislation is in steps, self-regulation at a trot and proxy advisors at a gallop. Therefore, companies not only have to ensure that they comply with what is legally required, but also with what is required by the market<\/em>“, Guillermo pointed out in one of his speeches.
