\r\nWith its IPO, SERESCO will become the thirteenth company to join BME Growth so far this year and the third in the technology sector. SERESCO is a technology company that provides solutions in IT infrastructures and systems, digital transformation, payroll and personnel administration. It also specialises in land registry management or cartography and the development of innovative software, tailored to specific needs such as precision agriculture.

\r\nSolventis is an independent financial group founded in 2002 by a team of professionals from different areas of investment banking with the aim of presenting a new concept in financial services.
