\n\nG\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Metrika, an Italian private equity fund specialising in industrial companies, on the acquisition of the Spanish subsidiary of the Alimac group, a world leader in the manufacture and distribution of adhesive handles and packaging equipment. The transaction is part of the acquisition in Italy of the Alimac group and our advice has required the simultaneous negotiation and formalisation of the exit of the equity of the local partner owning 50% of Alimac Iberia.
