\n\nG\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Impax Asset Management on the sale to Sonnedix of Fraile Hive, S.L., owner of a 36 MWp plant located in Herencia, Ciudad Real and in operational status (it has recently reached the Commercial Operation Date -COD-).
\r\n
\r\nUK-based Impax Asset Management acquired the rights to this project in 2019 and has developed the project to date. The 36 MWp Fraile PV plant is located in Herencia, Ciudad Real, and is expected to generate 78 GWh of clean electricity during its first year of operation.
