\r\n“In transactions such as those of Zardoya Otis or Europac, squeeze-out has been applied because the required acceptance thresholds have been reached,” concludes Guerra. In his opinion, “it is already common to count on these figures when considering a corporate transaction and, in particular, when there is a diversified shareholding structure with a high penetration of foreign investors”, says Guillermo.
