\n\nIn the framework of LGBTQ+ Pride month, Cinco D\u00edas, in its digital version, publishes this week an article that gathers the statements of different members of the legal profession, who share their personal experience regarding these issues in their work environment.

\r\nBorja Ramos Fabra<\/a>, associate of Litigation and Arbitration at G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo, relates his experience in this article “coming out is hard, but it takes a load off your shoulders”.
\r\n
\r\nBorja adds that he did it “out of the need” to be himself with his colleagues. Although nowadays it seems to be “a mere formality, the reality is that, in general, it becomes a hard process”, he explains. A process that is usually lived in solitude, without the accompaniment of a partner, and in which doubts about the acceptance of others arise. And this “as a result of the discriminatory situations we see or have suffered throughout our lives”.
