\n\nG\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Atrys Health in a structured transaction through the sale of a package of existing shares and a capital increase to finance the acquisition of Bienzobas Salud for 75 million euros, carried out through an accelerated bookbuild offering\/ an accelerated private placement procedure exclusively addressed to qualified domestic and foreign investors,, executed by Barclays Bank Ireland PLC (as Sole Global Coordinator) and Andbank Espa\u00f1a, S.A.U., Banco de Sabadell, S.A., GVC Gaesco Valores, S.V., S.A. and Renta 4 Banco, S.A. (as Co-Bookrunners), which have been advised by Linklaters.
