\n\nG\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Miura Partners and Educaedu on the acquisition of EMagister, in order to consolidate its leadership in the sector in the Iberian Peninsula, Italy and Latin America. The private equity firm Miura Partners is doubling its commitment to the business of digital platforms for the education sector with the acquisition of the Catalan company, an operation that comes four months after the purchase of the Basque Educaedu.

\r\nEMagister is a training marketplace with a large catalogue of courses and training centres around the world covering all existing categories, and with a presence in 15 countries. With the incorporation of EMagister, the project consolidates itself as one of the main educational platforms connecting training centres with people who want to develop knowledge and skills. Although it will retain its own brand, EMagister will be integrated into Educaedu in the new phase.
