\n\nG\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised the Italian DoveConviene (now Shopfully) on the acquisition of Tiendeo. With this transaction, Tiendeo, the platform for digitising mailboxes for large retailers and one of the veteran startups in the Spanish market, is acquired by its main Italian rival.

\r\nThe transaction, in which the Firm has worked in collaboration with the Milan office of the American firm Orrick, was closed last week and is one of the first major sales of this year in the Spanish startup ecosystem.
