\r\nAfter the recent incorporations of Ana Mart\u00ednez-Pina<\/a> (former vice-president of the CNMV) and Vanessa Armas<\/a>, G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo’s Banking and Finance team continues expanding with the incorporation of Antonio Ram\u00edrez from Freshfields.

\r\nAntonio has extensive experience in all types of financing transactions, with a special focus on restructurings, debt refinancing, corporate financings, acquisition financings and real estate financings. In addition, Antonio has advised on M&A transactions and commercial agreements.

\r\nThe restructuring team at G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has also advised on the major transactions of this type that have taken place in recent years in Spain. In addition, it was awarded Best Restructuring Firm of the Year at the 2021 IFLR Awards. Miguel Lamo de Espinosa is one of the market leaders in this field and Band 1 in the prestigious legal directory, Chambers & Partners in the Restructuring area.
