\n\nG\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo appoints four new partners at the meeting held on Tuesday 21 December. With these appointments, the firm will have 51 equity partners by 2022. The new partners, located in the Madrid and Valencia offices, reflect the Firm’s commitment to internal talent and to offering its professionals attractive careers that meet its objectives and projections.

\r\nThe new partners will strengthen their practice areas and consolidate their growth. Mariana D\u00edaz-Moro, until now a senior associate of the firm, has extensive experience in Spanish and international taxation and has advised on cross-border investments of Spanish groups and foreign investments in Spain, as well as on corporate tax and accounting law. Irene Ar\u00e9valo, until now Counsel, specialises in civil procedural law, international arbitration and insolvency law, with extensive experience in insolvency and financial restructuring of large corporate groups. David Riop\u00e9rez, Corporate M&A Counsel, specialises in M&A, particularly with a cross-border component, in corporate law and in the management of shareholder disputes. Jes\u00fas Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez, also Corporate M&A Counsel but in the Valencia office, has extensive experience in M&A, private equity and venture capital, as well as in real estate transactions, financing, refinancing and restructuring.\n\n\n
