\n\nG\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised ACR Grupo, through its subsidiary \u00c1urea Ib\u00e9rica Promoci\u00f3n, S.L.U. (“\u00c1urea”), on the sale to Aedas Homes of a selection of assets (and associated liabilities) of its real estate division, for a total price of 50 million euros.
\r\n
\r\nThe acquisition by AEDAS includes, among other assets, a number of holdings in twelve (12) subsidiaries of \u00c1urea, which are currently developing eight (8) real estate developments and own seven (7) finalist plots of land. The transaction represents the acquisition of a land bank, as well as ongoing projects, for a total of 679 homes in Madrid, Pamplona, Vizcaya, Seville and Valladolid.
