\r\nThe 80,000 sqm office park is a \u00a0favoured business address for occupiers, who are global leaders in biotech, medical diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, engineering, financial services and technology. The transaction was completed in partnership with Acacia Point Capital Advisors, a European-focused real estate asset manager. Acacia Point will continue as operational asset manager of the properties, as it has been since 2018.
