Lawyers, other types of financiers, doctors, architects or journalists have been joined by the growing niche of bankers, as happened with the former minister M\u00e0xim Huerta. “Case law has validated this type of action so it is increasingly difficult to appeal. In fact, the latest rulings even validate treating it as a simulation, imposing aggravated penalties.
