\r\nVanessa, who has developed her professional career at Jones Day for more than 14 years and previously at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, will join G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo’s Banking & Finance team led by Miguel Lamo de Espinosa.

\r\nVanessa is an expert in infrastructure and renewable energy project finance transactions. She also has extensive experience in advising on acquisition finance transactions, securitizations and restructuring of international groups and companies in financial difficulties.
