G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo discusses the growing Americanisation of labour relations in Spain, a phenomenon that has introduced greater complexity in the area of dismissals. Previously, the solution to an unfair dismissal was clear and was resolved with a severance payment; however, today the multiplicity of grounds for discrimination that can result in the nullity of the dismissal is generating growing legal uncertainty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
