G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo advised Tubos Reunidos, an industrial group producing steel pipes, on the sale of its industrial complex in Sestao to GESCRAP.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The transaction included the sale of its industrial assets, comprising various complementary facilities, with a total built-up area of 33,147 sqm, located on a set of plots covering 83,107 sqm of gross floor area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo acted as legal advisor and BNP Paribas Real Estate acted as real estate advisor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
