G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Indra, an Ibex-35 listed company, on the acquisition of a controlling stake in Tess Defence, a Spanish company specialised in the design and production of state-of-the-art military ground vehicles.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

With this agreement, Indra strengthens its presence in the land defence industry and becomes the main shareholder of Tess Defence, which becomes the reference company for the Ministry of Defence’s land armoured vehicle programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo team was formed by Guillermo Guerra <\/strong>and Emiliano Moreno<\/strong>, partner and associate of Corporate, together with Isabela Crespo, <\/strong>associate of Intellectual Property, Juan Ignacio Romero<\/strong>, counsel of Public Law and Regulated Sectors, and Andrew Ward<\/strong> and Victoria Rivas<\/strong>, partner and associate of Competition and EU Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
