The transaction is a significant milestone in Inibsa’s growth and will allow the group to further accelerate its development, expanding its capabilities both in Iberia and globally.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised the French group Acteon, a leading provider of integrated dental solutions, on the acquisition, together with the French group Septodont Holding, of Inibsa, the leading Spanish multinational pharmaceutical group specialised in the development and manufacture of products for dental professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The GA_P team has been formed by Fernando de las Cuevas, Clara Rivero and Sergio G\u00f3mez, partner and associates of the Commercial practice; Javier Vinuesa and Oliver Padilla, partner and associate of the Tax practice; Miguel Troncoso, partner of the Competition and EU Law practice; and Irene Fern\u00e1ndez Puyol, partner of the Public and Regulated Sectors practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Acteon has also been advised by the French law firm De Pardieu Brocas Maffei regarding the French jurisdiction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
