G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo advises on the sale of Fenwick Iribarren Architects to the Egis Group, reinforcing its leadership in architecture and sustainability.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

GA_P has advised on the sale of Fenwick Iribarren Architects (FIA), an architectural firm specialising in design, refurbishment, consultancy and sports and events architecture, to the French Egis Group, a world leader in engineering, architecture, consultancy, operations and maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The transaction will strengthen the Egis Group, broadening its business portfolio and reinforcing its presence in Europe. In turn, it is an opportunity for FIA to develop the potential of its teams together with the technical capabilities of Egis, especially in the world of sport and with a sustainable approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The GA_P team was formed by David Riop\u00e9rez, Luis Pinedo and V\u00edctor Villaverde, partner and associates of the Corporate practice, Mariana D\u00edaz-Moro and Carla Fandi\u00f1o, partner and associate of the Tax practice, respectively, Lourdes Escassi, counsel of the Labour practice, and Mercedes Corbal and Cristina Bonfanti, associates of the Intellectual Property practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
