BeachBox Villaco, co-owner of Hotel Six Senses Ibiza, completes refinancing of its debt with the advice of G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

GA_P has advised BeachBox Villaco, co-owner of the Hotel Six Senses Ibiza, recognised as one of the best hotels on the planet in the first edition of The World’s 50 Best Hotels 2023, on the refinancing of its debt, with Frux Capital, Santander Asset Management and Arcano Partners acting as financiers of the transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The transaction includes, among others, the development and construction of 4 villas \u2018Six Senses branded residences\u2019 adjacent to the hotel complex, located in the surroundings of Cala Portinatx (Ibiza).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The team was formed by Jos\u00e9 Manuel Palau, partner of Public and Regulated Sectors, Antonio Ram\u00edrez and Mar\u00eda Gabilondo, lawyer and associate of Banking and Finance, Alicia Olaso, Alfonso Pascual and Patricia Baixauli, senior associate and associate of Commercial Law, and \u00c1ngel Vaillo and Luis Villar, partner and consultant of Tax Law, among other members of the Valencia and Madrid offices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
