G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Venture Security Holding on the sale of its majority stake in the German company Dekom AG to VR Equitypartner and S\u00fcd Beteiligungen.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Dekom AG is one of the leading international players in the field of video conferencing services and audio-visual technology, with a presence in all major European markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This transaction represents the strengthening of Dekom AG’s market position in Europe, and its consolidation as a leader in the planning and design, as well as in the installation of hardware and software, in addition to offering licensing, cloud services and maintenance services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
