G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised the majority creditors of the group dedicated to the production and marketing of wine to which Bodegas Riojanas, S.A., Bodegas Torreduero, S.A. and Bodegas Viore, S.L. belong in relation to the restructuring of their debt.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The advice consisted of a restructuring plan in accordance with the provisions of articles 614 et seq. of the Insolvency Act. As detailed in the statement published by Bodegas Riojanas, S.A., this restructuring plan enables the Group’s financial structure optimization, providing it with the necessary stability to address the strategic objectives set for the coming years. These objectives will enable it to consolidate its brands in national and international markets, as well as to advance in the execution of the Company’s strategic plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rafael Aguilera, Antonio Ram\u00edrez, Jos\u00e9 Antonio G\u00f3mez, Cecilia Herreros, Mart\u00edn Mart\u00ednez and Carmelo Morales, all members of the Restructuring and Special Situations team, advised on the transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
