G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Caixabank, S.A. on a \u20ac750 million refinancing transaction in favour of Sonnedix for a 197 MW portfolio of regulated assets in Spain, consolidating seven financings into one.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This financing deal marks an important milestone for Sonnedix as it provides significant financial flexibility and the ability to accelerate its pipeline of projects under development. By refinancing existing assets, Sonnedix has also created a solid platform from which it can expand its commercialisation and hybridisation strategy, develop wind and storage assets alongside its solar PV projects, and reach new customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The transaction was led by Ver\u00f3nica Roman\u00ed, Jos\u00e9 Francisco Canalejas, Juan P\u00e9rez, \u00cd\u00f1igo Gonz\u00e1lez de Ech\u00e1varri and Jimena S\u00e1nchez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
