G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has appointed Ainara Renter\u00eda, Antonio Ram\u00edrez, Pedro Soto and Luis Cuesta as partners at the Annual General Meeting held on Thursday 19 December. The new appointments reflect the firm’s commitment to recognize internal talent.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Ainara Renter\u00eda, Commercial’s new partner, is responsible for Automotive and Sustainable Mobility. She has extensive experience in providing legal advice to multinational companies, providing recurring advice to different players in the automotive industry, such as major car manufacturers (OEMs), distributors, component manufacturers and large leasing operators, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Antonio Ram\u00edrez, new partner in the Banking and Finance practice, specialises in Restructuring and Special Situations. He has extensive experience in all types of financing transactions, especially in restructurings, debt refinancing, corporate finance, acquisition finance and real estate finance. In addition, Antonio has advised on M&A transactions and commercial agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pedro Soto, new Public and Regulated Sectors partne, specialises in regulatory matters, having participated in numerous transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors, advising both public and private companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luis Cuesta, new Tax partner in the Barcelona office, specialises in advising private equity funds, family groups and multinationals on M&A transactions and restructurings. He also advises private equity and venture capital firms on the structuring of their funds and investment platforms, as part of the fully integrated Funds Formation team. He also advises family groups on their wealth and succession strategies, including complex cases with an international component.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
