G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Grand Si\u00e8cle 2023, a French company part of the Kardham Group, on the acquisition of Seventy Eight, a leading Spanish company that operates for premium clients in Design & Build and specialises in projects for luxury goods companies, multinational retailers, restaurants and high-end hotels, as well as corporate clients.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

With this acquisition, Kardham intends to accelerate its European expansion strategy, launched in 2019, and especially in Spain, where it aims to become a major player. In this regard, the acquisition of Seventy Eight should serve Kardham as a growth driver in two rapidly developing segments: luxury\/high-end retail and hotels, which are enjoying promising dynamics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
