2024, Mafalda Barreto expects that strategic sectors such as infrastructure, real estate and green energy will attract investment to the Portuguese M&amp;A market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, she emphasises that law firms will face \u2018a combination of challenges resulting from the intensification of the regulatory context\u2019, particularly with regard to generative artificial intelligence
