Since 2017, companies with seven or more employees have been legally required to have codes of conduct. These are aimed at preventing and combating harassment at work, so it is not compulsory for them to include rules on personal relationships between employees – even so, these codes can go further than what is provided for in the law and focus, for example, on relationships between employees and the \u2018potential conflicts of interest that surround these relationships\u2019, says the lawyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
