G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Indra Sistemas in the negotiation and execution of an agreement with Redeia Corporaci\u00f3n for the acquisition of 89.68% of the share capital of Hispasat, a satellite operator and service provider, for 725,000 million euros.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

La operaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 sujeta al cumplimiento de determinadas condiciones suspensivas, de car\u00e1cter esencialmente regulatorio, tanto en Espa\u00f1a como en otras jurisdicciones; a la aprobaci\u00f3n por la Junta General de Accionistas de Indra; as\u00ed como a la ejecuci\u00f3n de determinados acuerdos para que Indra consolide contablemente Hisdesat Servicios Estrat\u00e9gicos S.A., operador de servicios gubernamentales por sat\u00e9lite en las \u00e1reas de defensa, seguridad, inteligencia y asuntos exteriores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
