G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Antai Ventures, a venture capital firm, on the creation of Necta Ventures, a venture capital fund that aims to reach a size of \u20ac100 million.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The project is backed by Banco Sabadell as anchor investor, with an initial investment of \u20ac15 million. Necta Ventures seeks to invest in international funds that participate in high-growth technology start-ups. Following CNMV approval, the first closing of the new fund is scheduled for March 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The team was formed by Alex Pujol, Andrea Esbr\u00ed, M\u00f2nica Martells and Beatriz Riverola, partner and associates of the Commercial team, and Luis Cuesta, partner of the Tax team, all of them from our Barcelona office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
