G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Venanpri Group, parent company of Bellota Herramientas, a company specialising in the manufacture of tools for agriculture, construction and industry, on the sale of three of its logistics warehouses in the Basque Country.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This transaction, which has been carried out under the sale & leaseback model, has enabled Venanpri to obtain revenue through the sale of the assets, while maintaining its activity in the production centres. The transaction, which involves strategically located properties with excellent logistical connections, strengthens the group’s presence in the European market, optimising its balance sheet without affecting its key operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The GA_P team was led by Est\u00edbaliz Aranburu, partner of the Corporate and M&A, and integrated by Carmen Garc\u00eda and Jacobo Alapont, from the Real Estate team; and Paula Zarzalejos and Laura Aguirrebe\u00f1a from the Banking and Finance team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
