G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised VGO Capital, a British private equity fund, on the acquisition of a stake in Homs Rentals, a company specialized in the rental of industrial machinery, through the purchase of the stake held by Suma Capital, a Barcelona-based private equity firm.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The transaction will allow Homs Rentals to continue its growth and expansion trajectory. With the entry of VGO Capital, the company could accelerate its digitalisation process and strengthen its position in the Spanish market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The GA_P team was formed by \u00c1lvaro Mateo, Jorge Mart\u00edn, Jos\u00e9 Luis Rodr\u00edguez, In\u00e9s L\u00f3pez, Rodrigo Garc\u00eda and Ignacio Casariego, partner, counsel and associates of the Corporate team and Javier Gazulla, partner of the Tax team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
