G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised the ITF (International Tennis Federation), holder of the rights to the Davis Cup, in relation to a dispute against Kosmos, Gerard Piqu\u00e9’s investment vehicle dedicated to investing in and promoting the world of tennis.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Recently, both parties have reached an amicable agreement to bring the litigation to an end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The GA_P team in charge of the matter was composed of Rodrigo L\u00f3pez, Julio Jim\u00e9nez, and Zuri\u00f1e Sanz, partner and associates from the Litigation and Arbitration team, and \u00c1lvaro S\u00e1inz, counsel from the Banking and Finance team.
